TED (Technology-Entertainment-Design) conference in Tanzania Jun 4-7, 2007. The following presentation about Africa is given by Mrs Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. She is former World Bank Vice President, and former Nigeria Minister for Finance, and Foreign Minister. The ideas discussed fosters a partnership to increase skills within Africa so that people can manage their own private, public and non-profit projects efficiently and effectively.
